25 years experience in the industry. Working on cruise ships for 6 years cruising around the World. Also working on land in England, South of France, Greece and Austria. I have managed a spa in Greece and Austria. Here in Australia I have spent time working as a therapist in spa's and also helped managed a spa retreat. With all my experience from around the World I use a lot of these techniques in my treatments and make homemade treatments where possible.

Hot Stone Massage
Indulge in the warmth of the volcanic basalt stones that are placed on chakra points to heal, relax and rebalance the mind, body, and soul. Also using the stones to massage the body to warm and go deeper into the muscles to ease pain and tension.

Healing Magnesium Massage
Welcome yourself to healing properties of magnesium. This treatment will begin with a magnesium foot soak to draw the magnesium into the body. This is then followed by a full body magnesium massage treatment. Magnesium has a variety of healing effects including helping with headaches and migraines. It's a great muscle relaxant to ease aches and pains. Great stress relief and helping with insomnia and many more benefits.

Relax the mind, body and spirit by releasing stress in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders using pressure points and techniques based on the ayurvedic system of healing.

Indulge in a skin booster facial to treat your skin concerns. This treatment uses hands on ancient and modern massage techniques from around the World to stimulate the muscles of the eye, face and shoulder area. A de-stress scalp and hand and arm massage is also included in this luxury treatment.

Earth Detox Treatment - Add on to a Traveller's Massage
Choose either the stomach, buttocks and thighs or legs and feet treatment. The area is wrapped in volcanic clay, seaweed, fennel, green tea, lemon and juniper to detoxify the area to help refine the appearance of cellulite and relieve fluid retention. A body brush and exotic island coconut scrub (raw sugar and coconut oil) to remove dead skin cells, smooth and moisture the skin is used before the treatment is applied. After the treatment a detox booster oil is applied to the area.

Muscle Cleanse Treatment - Add on to a Traveller's Massage
Let the muscles be cleansed while helping to ease and treat the pain of arthritis, fatigue and aching muscles. Choose either the back, legs and feet or hands and arms treatment. The area is wrapped in volcanic clay, seaweed, fennel, green tea and muscle warming blends of rosemary and pine. A body brush and exotic island coconut scrub (raw sugar and coconut oil) to remove dead skin cells, smooth and moisturise the skin is used before the treatment is applied. After the treatment a warm muscle relaxing oil is applied.

Thai Lavender Compress Massage
Heated compresses of Lavender flowers and rice will open the pores to allow the lavender to take effect a lot deeper. It promotes deep relaxation while soothing aching muscles and stiff joints, swelling and arthritis. It will improve circulation of the blood, lymph and stimulate the internal organs while boosting the immune system.

Natural treatment for cellulite and body contouring. Using wooden tools to smooth, tone, tighten skin and stimulate the areas of concern to break down fat and cellulite. Encourages fat elimination, reduces fluid retention, stimulates lymphatic drainage system, speeds up the metabolism, improves elasticity and blood flow and eliminates toxins.
